About me
AI & Data Product Architect. I work on enterprise AI governance and risk in regulated banking, and research mobile money trust and digital financial inclusion.
I am a Senior Data Analyst at Consolidated Bank Ghana, where I take data capabilities from idea to production: a natural-language-to-SQL engine that lets non-technical staff query banking data in plain English, productivity-analytics platforms serving more than 3,000 staff, and a real-time core-banking streaming architecture moving the bank toward live operational analytics.
I earned my PhD in Information Systems at the University of Ghana Business School, studying how trust actually functions in Ghana's rural mobile money ecosystem, and what that reveals about who financial systems are really built to serve. The work produced the Dynamic Rural Trust Model, a set of user archetypes, and the constructs of Proxy Trust and Surrogate Trust. I am a published author with CGAP / FinEquity (World Bank Group) on digital financial inclusion.
Alongside the research, I build. I authored the SAFER AI Risk Toolkit, a five-pillar framework for AI governance in regulated banking, and founded OneRubric, a platform for academic quality assurance piloted with GIMPA.
For eight years I lectured in information systems at GIMPA, and I continue to supervise postgraduate research. The common thread is the gap between what systems claim to do and what they do in practice, and the careful work of closing it. More on that in teaching, and the full record is in my CV.
